What to Eat

We wouldn’t make a promise if we couldn’t keep it, and we promise you that you will not go hungry, or be stuck for choice. There won’t be enough days or nights for you to have all that you will be tempted by, so by the time you leave us, you had better re-book for next year and start making a wish list….

Here are some recommendations for eating out….in order of location, with the first suggestion being nearest to the Park…

Just a mere 0.7 mile stroll north west, we are really lucky to have this friendly little thatched pub on our doorstep.  It offers amazing local food and drink, a skittle alley, table tennis and a lovely beer garden.

Perfect for cocktails and dinner.   They have traditional favourites and some signature dishes from their head chef.  Best of all you can precede dinner with a cocktail or two at the South West’s best cocktail Bar, called the Venner Bar.  It’s tucked in behind the hotel and is an absolute treat.

Open all day from breakfast through to dinner.  They offer easy and quick eats, or the full monty from oysters through to fish platters. All with a glorious view over the (Broadchurch!) harbour.
